Terms of Service

Last updated November 6, 2026
Effective October 30, 2026

These terms govern your use of the cenaptic.center website, the R.Center platform and Portal, and R.Agents (together, the “Services”), provided by Cenaptic LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company (“Cenaptic,” “we,” “us”). By using the Services you agree to them.

In short

  • A signed customer agreement comes first; these terms fill in the rest.
  • A person at the property approves every plan, post, website change, and advertising change before it happens.
  • Google and Meta bill the property’s own ad accounts. We never pay for or resell advertising.
  • Customer Data belongs to you. We may keep de-identified operating data to improve our services; data from Google and Meta is never part of it.

Customer agreements

Properties and management companies use the Services under a written agreement with Cenaptic. Where that agreement differs from these terms, the agreement controls.

Accounts and authority

  • You are responsible for your login, and for the activity of the people you invite.
  • When you connect a Google, Meta, or other account for a property, you confirm that you are authorized to do so, and you authorize Cenaptic to access that account and act on it for that property, as described on the R.Agents page and in our Privacy Policy. This authorization lasts until you disconnect the account or the property stops using the Services.
  • When a business shares its Facebook Pages, Instagram accounts, or ad accounts with Cenaptic through its Meta business portfolio, or links its Google Ads account to our manager account, it authorizes us to manage those assets for it within the approvals it sets.
  • We act on these accounts only for the property they belong to, only within the permissions you grant, and only within Google’s and Meta’s terms and policies.

Agents, approvals, and your accounts

  • A person at the property approves the weekly plan and every post, website change, and advertising change before R.Agents carries it out.
  • You are responsible for the changes you approve, including advertising spend.
  • Advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Meta bill the property’s own ad accounts directly, using the property’s own payment method. Cenaptic does not pay for or resell advertising.
  • Your use of Google and Meta through the Services is also subject to their terms and policies.
  • Plans and content are written with AI models from established providers, which we may change. They can contain mistakes. Review them before approving, and tell us about any problem.

Your data

Customer Data belongs to you

“Customer Data” means the information you and your properties give us or connect to the Services: your accounts, property content and settings, connected-account data and tokens, leasing reports, website inquiries, and your property’s plans and history. It belongs to you, or to the property or customer you act for. You grant Cenaptic a license to host, copy, process, and use Customer Data to provide, secure, and support the Services, as described in our Privacy Policy. We handle personal information about renters, prospects, and residents as your service provider, and only for you.

De-identified operating data

As the Services run, they produce a record of the work: what our agents proposed, what people approved or changed, change logs, and results measured by our own website tracking and your leasing reports. You agree that Cenaptic may create De-identified Data from that record, and from the content of renter inquiries after every contact detail and identifier has been removed. “De-identified Data” means data that does not identify, and cannot reasonably be linked to, you, your properties, or any person.

  • Cenaptic owns De-identified Data and may use it, during and after your use of the Services, to develop, train, and improve its services and models.
  • Cenaptic will not try to re-identify De-identified Data, will not disclose it in a form that identifies you, and will bind anyone who receives it to the same terms.
  • De-identified Data never includes the names, contact details, or other identifiers of renters, prospects, or residents, and never includes data from Google or Meta, or figures taken from it.
  • Unless your agreement with Cenaptic says otherwise, this section applies and there is no opt-out.

Data from Google and Meta

Data we receive from your Google and Meta accounts stays within those platforms’ rules. We use it only to provide the features of the property that connected it, never for another customer, and never to train AI models. We never sell or license it. The Privacy Policy describes this in its Google and Meta sections.

Deletion

When you ask, or when your service ends, we delete Customer Data as described on our Data deletion page. De-identified Data is not deleted, because it no longer identifies you or anyone else.

Acceptable use

Do not use the Services to break the law, publish misleading or discriminatory housing advertising, infringe others’ rights, or disrupt or probe the Services’ security.

Fees

Fees are set out in your customer agreement or order.

Changes and availability

We improve the Services continually and may change features. We aim for the Services to be available, but do not promise uninterrupted operation.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee leasing, occupancy, or advertising results.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Cenaptic is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the Services in the twelve months before the claim.

Ending use

Either party may end use of the Services as the customer agreement allows. On request we will delete or return a property’s data, as described in the Privacy Policy and on our Data deletion page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.
