R.Agents by Cenaptic
R.Agents runs an apartment building’s weekly marketing. It reads what happened, writes a plan for the week ahead, and carries the plan out on the property’s own website, Google Business Profile, Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and Meta ads. A person approves every action before it happens.
Who it is for
R.Agents is used by apartment owners, property management companies, and their leasing teams, for the properties they run on Cenaptic’s R.Center platform. R.Center is a website and operating system for apartment buildings, where every apartment has its own page. Each property is set up on its own, connects its own accounts, and keeps its own history.
R.Agents is not sold to the public. People sign in through the R.Center Portal, which we set up for each customer.
How a week works
- Read. The weekly leasing report, the property’s available apartments and prices, competing properties’ public listings, and results from the connected accounts below.
- Plan. Cbot, the strategist agent, writes one plan for the week: what to change on the website, what to post, and what to adjust in advertising.
- Approve. A person at the property reviews the plan and each post, website change, and advertising change, and approves, edits, or rejects it. Nothing goes out without that approval.
- Act. Specialist agents, such as R.Builder for the website, carry out only what was approved, on the property’s own accounts.
- Learn. The next week records what the plan produced, so the next plan is better informed.
The AI models it uses
R.Agents uses AI models from established providers, which we may change. We reach them through our hosting provider’s AI gateway, so we can move to a different model or provider as the models improve. Whichever model does the work, nothing it writes is published or changed in an account until a person approves it.
The accounts it connects to, and why
A property’s owner or manager connects these accounts themselves, through Google’s and Meta’s own sign-in screens or, for Google Analytics and Search Console, by adding our service account as a user, and can disconnect them at any time. R.Agents acts only on accounts that belong to the property it is working for.

What stays in the property's control
- A person approves every post, website change, and advertising change before it happens.
- Every change is recorded with what made it and who approved it, and website changes can be rolled back.
- Advertising is billed by Google and Meta to the property’s own ad accounts. We never pay for or resell ads.
- Accounts can be disconnected at any time, and data deleted on request. See Data deletion.
- Renter personal data is never sold or used to train models, and data from Google and Meta is used only for the property that connected it. How we use de-identified data to improve our services is described in our Privacy Policy.
- Leasing reports are read for counts such as leads, tours, and applications. Personal information about residents or prospects is removed before the agents use anything.
