Data deletion instructions

How to disconnect your accounts from R.Agents by Cenaptic, and how to ask us to delete your data.
In short
- Anyone: email privacy@cenaptic.center with the subject “Data deletion request,” or call 763-300-0885. We confirm within 5 business days and delete within 30 days.
- A renter or prospect who contacted a building through one of our websites: ask us or the building. We carry out the deletion the property confirms.
- A Facebook Page, Instagram, or ad account owner: remove R.Agents by Cenaptic in Meta’s settings (below) to stop access at once, then email us to delete what we hold.
1. Ask us to delete your data
Email privacy@cenaptic.center with the subject “Data deletion request.” Tell us:
- the property, if the request is about one;
- the Google or Meta account, Page, or email address the request is about;
- whether you want only that account’s data deleted, or everything we hold about you.
You do not need to disconnect anything first, but disconnecting (below) stops access right away. If you would rather talk it through, call us at 763-300-0885.
If you are a renter or prospect and your information reached us through a property’s website, you can ask the property or ask us. We act on the property’s behalf, so we will pass your request to the property and carry out the deletion it confirms.
2. Disconnect your accounts
- Go to myaccount.google.com/permissions, choose R.Agents by Cenaptic, and select Delete all connections.
- Google Ads: in the ad account, open Admin, then Access and security, then Managers, and end the link to Cenaptic’s manager account.
- Google Business Profile: remove Cenaptic from the profile’s managers.
- Google Analytics and Search Console: we read these through Cenaptic’s service account, which the property adds as a user. Remove that user in Google Analytics (Admin, then Property access management) and in Search Console (Settings, then Users and permissions).
- In Facebook, open Settings and privacy, then Settings, then Business integrations. Select R.Agents by Cenaptic and choose Remove.
- In Instagram, open Settings and activity, then Website permissions, then Apps and websites. Select R.Agents by Cenaptic and choose Remove.
- If the Instagram account was connected through a Facebook Page, also remove R.Agents by Cenaptic in Facebook as above.
Meta business portfolio
- If your business shared Pages, Instagram accounts, or ad accounts with Cenaptic as a partner, open Business settings in Meta Business Suite, then Users, then Partners, select Cenaptic, and remove it or the assets you shared.
Once an account is disconnected, R.Agents by Cenaptic can no longer read from it or act on it.
3. What gets deleted
Renter and prospect information
Names, email addresses, phone numbers, and anything else that identifies a renter, prospect, or resident are deleted when the property asks us to, or when a renter’s request reaches us through the property.
Your account and property data
- The access tokens for the accounts you name.
- The data we received from those accounts: reports, performance, spend, posts, listing details, and the list of shared assets. All data from Google and Meta is in this group.
- If you ask us to delete everything about you: your Portal account and the email you sent us. The record that a change was approved stays with the property’s history, with your name removed.
- A property’s whole history, including its content, settings, plans, results, and memory, when that property’s owner or management company asks, or when its service ends.
4. What we keep, and why
We keep de-identified operating data: what our agents proposed, what people approved or changed, change logs, and results measured by our own website tracking and leasing reports, with every name, contact detail, address, and property identifier removed. We use it to develop, train, and improve our services and models. It is not deleted, because it no longer identifies you, your properties, or anyone else, and we have committed never to try to re-identify it.
It never contains renter names, contact details, or identifiers, and never contains data from Google or Meta, or figures taken from it. See How we use data to improve our services.
We also keep a short record that your deletion was carried out.
5. Timeline
- We confirm we received your request within 5 business days.
- Disconnecting an account in the Portal deletes its access tokens right away.
- If you disconnect from Google’s or Meta’s side instead, we delete the tokens as soon as we detect it, and within 30 days.
- We delete what you asked us to delete from our live systems within 30 days, and confirm by email when it is done.
- It is deleted from our encrypted backups within 90 days of your request.
- Content from Google Business Profile is never kept longer than 30 days in any case.
- We keep only what the law requires us to keep, and only for as long as it requires.
See our Privacy Policy for more about how we handle and keep data.
